Returns Policy

Returns 
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. A 15% Restocking fee will be applied.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Shipping

• We ship out over 80% of our orders within a 24 business hour time frame.
• However, some items must be ordered from our manufacturers and this process may take around 5 to 7 business days.
• If you need the items before or on a SPECIFIC date please place a note in the comment section at the time of your order, and we will then notify you on the transit time if need be.

Processing Time: 

Order processing time 2-5 days. (Increased to 4-8 days Due to COVID-19)

• In-Stock orders: will be processed same day
• Non-In-Stock orders: will be shipped within 2-10 business days (depending upon availability of a product)

• These will be processed the following Monday as we are NOT open on weekends.
• Non-In-Stock orders: will be shipped within 2-10 business days (depending upon availability of a product)
• Expedited orders will be notified if there is delay due to non-stock of item
